2. Eligibility

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscription Plans
We offer both monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method.

Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you agree to Stripe’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and no refunds will be issued for partially used periods.

4. Use of the Service

Permitted Use
You may use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:

Share, sell, or distribute content from the Service without our explicit consent.
Use the Service to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Attempt to interfere with the operation of the Service.

Fair Usage and Abuse
To ensure service quality for all users, a fair usage policy is in place. If a user abuses the free tier or violates our fair usage policy, we reserve the right to terminate the account with immediate effect.

5. Folder Integration

To utilize our website publishing service, you are required to share a specific folder from your Google Drive with us. Please note:

We do not request or access your entire Google Drive.
Only the contents of the shared folder are accessed as part of the publishing process.
We do not view, store, or access any data outside of the explicitly shared folder.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services to support the delivery and improvement of our platform:

Stripe: For payment processing
Microsoft Clarity: To track user behavior
Meta, Google, and LinkedIn: To run remarketing campaigns targeting audiences for our service
KIT.com and Resend.com: For sending email notifications, product updates, and service-related communications

By using the Service, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of these third-party providers.

7. Communication

We may use your email address to:

Send service-related communications (e.g., account updates, changes to service)
Send occasional promotional or offer-related emails

Actions taken based on information provided in the Service.

Our total liability under these Terms will not exceed the total subscription fees paid by you in the last 12 months.
